2009 Calendars still available

The 2009 Barrie Firefighters calendar is now on sale and available at the following locations: Sears, Solace Day Spa, Spyce Salon and Spa, Solitudes Spa, Both Fabutan locations, Both Beverly Hills locations and Claudio and Crew on Bayfield st. The price remains ten dollars, with the majority of funds aiding Camp Bucko.

 

Thanks to everyone who helped in the production of this years calendar. We  look forward to your continued co-operation in the coming years!

Hot Night in the City Dinner at the Fire Hall

This past Thursday Station 1 hosted the Hot Nite in the City Dinner for the Harley Davidson women who paid $3500 to have dinner at the fire hall.  The night was a huge success and the women had a great time.  The great food was donated by Wildwood Catering and they also decorated the Staition 1 dorm to look well...not like the Station 1 dorm.

The night went so well because of everyone that helped out.  First and foremost, Newf organized the dinner, the limo and the gift bags for the women.  Second, thanks to the calendar boys (Justin, Shannon, Jay Sickle, Wayne) who served and entertained the 10 women. 

 

Also, thanks to Nathan for taking photos, Teague for making his famous French Onion Soup and for C-1 and C-2 for cleaning up and setting up the tower.

 

Thanks everyone for making all this happen and raising so much money for Camp Bucko in one night.

Barrie Calendar Fund Receives $3500 Donation!

This year's Easter Seals Hot Night in the City was a huge success. Once again a "dinner at the fire hall" was auctioned off. Employees from Barrie Harley-Davidson won the auction with a $3500 bid! Thank you Harley-Davidson and everyone else who contributed time or made donations to help make this another successful night.
